Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County provides home ownership opportunities and repairs for hardworking low-income families. Habitat houses are purchased by low-income families at affordable prices, thanks to volunteer labor, the support of community organizations, donation of land, and Habitat’s affordable mortgages. Habitat family partners are chosen without regard for race, religion or ethnicity. They must be legal U.S. residents and residents of Ventura County for at least one year.
