​Some of our marketing practices for your home:

  • Home placed in the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service – viewable to most MLS agents throughout Southern California.
  • Ensure syndication to all the major websites such as; Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Redfin, etc.  
  • List and promote your property on Zillow.  We're a Zillow Premier Agent, which allows us premium placement of your home on the #1 home search site.
  • Personally respond to all inquires about your property.
  • Draft marketing narrative for the property, location, and neighborhood with client input.
  • Install a full size signpost with “For Sale” sign, including flyer box with marketing flyer
  • Provide professional quality photographs highlighting the home's features.
  • Design a professional real estate flyer that can be shared both digitally and in print.
  • Market your property on social media, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Provide virtual staging where appropriate.
  • Use an electronic lockbox to provide agent access to your property while recording each person who opens the lockbox to ensure your safety and provide us a means of immediate follow-up with every agent.
  • Personally host the real estate agent tour/caravan on the first available morning.
  • Personally promote your property to local real estate professionals at our weekly broker tour meetings and throughout our network of agents.
  • Host open house(s) as needed and/or desired.
  • Feature your property on our company website.
  • Promote your property as "Coming Soon" on Zillow and Trulia (if time allows).
  • Track all showings with our MLS access system and provide showing feedback to you regularly.
