Eric was amazing. We met him when looking a listing of his. Very nice but not quite what we wanted. We left town for a brief vacation and Eric called us while we were away. He had found the house we wanted, in the right location. He managed, somehow, to put in some good words, and guide us with the right advice, to beat out another offer at the same amount. In amazing addition, he helped us get our existing home into escrow when it wasn't even for sale. Simultaneous escrows on my birthday. What a great present. We even had simultaneous closings!! He coached us all the way, great advice, great knowledge, immediate responsiveness. We would recommend Eric highly to our closest friends and family. He was great to deal with, made everything as easy as could be and worked a little magic too! We were very happy, even when we had to say a reluctant goodbye to our home at the beach.

Eric makes himself available so there is good communication, responding to texts and emails promptly. Following up on realtors that had brought clients through our house, he gave us more insight into what buyers were looking for. Eric guided us with good advice, ultimately leaving decisions up to us but helping us realize what was most important. For one example, I was not keen on having a lock box on the door, but he explained that by having that access, we were likely to get more foot traffic and he managed it professionally by having realtors call/text me before entering. For being first time home buyers, I thought Eric did an outstanding job helping us get the house that we were looking for.
